Concur is billing me for nothing, I don’t have an account with them, they got my American exp number from VSP when I worked for them.I have had NO response or acknowledgement of anything. All I want is to have my credit card not charged ! I have not signed to any service.

My personal credit charged yearly $49.00.

They cannot find an account for me because I don't have one. They gave me the runaround for a year and I just received another charge to my personal CC.
VSP my old employer has tried to help with no resolution.
American Exp also has a dispute they can get anyone to help fix this!
